Фонд и группа ИСТОК приняли участие в работе Первой международной научно-практической конференции «Великий Северный Морской путь как диалог экокультурного сотрудничества народов Евразии», которая проходила в Московском Доме Национальностей 29 мая. Президент фонда Габрин К. Э. выступил перед участниками и гостями конференции с информацией о целях, задачах и результатах работы Системы управления климатическими процессами "ПРИРОДНЫЙ КЛИМАТ" в районах акватории Северного Морского Пути (СМП) и его континентальной инфраструктуры. Обоснована срочность и безальтернативность создания Системы. В итоговый документ Конференции также включены предложения по развёртыванию в Арктической зоне России центров Восстановительной медицины и по системному внедрению технологии "ИСТОК" повышения ресурсности и экономичности эксплуатируемых там транспортных средств всех типов.
Данные практические предложения позволят значительно улучшить экономические показатели транспортировки грузов по СМП и повысить его конкурентоспособность. Позволят существенно ускорить социально-экономическое развитие удалённых, труднодоступных и климатически неблагоприятных территорий России, составляющих 80% её территории.

18 и 19 мая 2026 г. в Челябинске состоится Первый межрегиональный военно-технический форум «РТС-БПЛА-2026». Задача мероприятия - создание платформы для обмена опытом и демонстрации передовых решений в области защиты критической инфраструктуры (https://www.forumantidrone.ru/#about).
Международный фонд содействия научно-технологическому развитию стран БРИКС ПЛЮС является участником данного форума, где представит доклад "Российская система управления метеорологическими процессами "ПРИРОДНЫЙ КЛИМАТ".
Форум проводится при поддержке ведущих технологических компаний и профильных государственных структур РФ, Правительства Челябинской области, ТПП РФ, Союза машиностроителей России и др.

 27-31 октября 2025 г. в Москве, Туле и Ясной Поляне будет проведен XVIII Яснополянский международный экологический Форум. Тема Форума «Устойчивое развитие и изменение климата. Рациональное природопользование. Технологии здоровья». 
В рамках Форума 27 октября 2025 г. будет проведена Стратегическая сессия «Цивилизационные и национальные аспекты экологического развития и сотрудничества». Место проведения: Москва, Университет мировых цивилизаций (Ленинский пр-т, д.1/2, стр. 1). К участию в работе Стратегической сессии приглашаются ведущие российские и зарубежные специалисты, имеющие значительный опыт исследования и/или решения проблем, вынесенных на обсуждение; представители профильных министерств и ведомств, заинтересованные представители бизнес-структур, политических партий и общественных организаций, средств массовой информации.
Представители Фонда выступят на данном форуме с докладами о двух разработках, не имеющих аналогов в мире: Системе управления погодой и климатом и Методике безмедикаментозного и безинвазивного  восстановления здоровья человека.

«Страны БРИКС: экологические аспекты развития и сотрудничества», Москва, 5-6 июня 2025 г. На Пленарном заседании будет представлен доклад C.C. Кунева и К.Э. Габрина СИСТЕМА «ПРИРОДНЫЙ КЛИМАТ» - ГАРАНТИЯ РЕШЕНИЯ ПОГОДНО-КЛИМАТИЧЕСКИХ И ЭКОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ПРОБЛЕМ СТРАН БРИКС+. 
     Мероприятие пройдёт на двух площадках - Университета мировых цивилизаций и Международного института энергетической политики и дипломатии МГИМО МИД РФ.
     Цель Форума: конструктивное обсуждение ключевых проблем экологического развития и сотрудничества стран БРИКС, а также наиболее важных организационных вопросов реализации проекта «Экологическая платформа БРИКС+».

        В соответствии с Решением Собрания представителей Международной инженерной академии (Протокол №21 от 27 ноября 2024 года) и Собрания Российской инженерной академии (Протокол №20 от 17 декабря 2024 года) сформирован проект Сборника статей (Том 1 и Том 2) Международного научно-технического симпозиума «Современные инженерные проблемы ключевых отраслей экономики» в рамках V Международного Косыгинского форума (15-16 октября 2025 года, Москва, РГУ им. А.Н. Косыгина).
       УЧАСТНИКИ МЕЖДУНАРОДНОГО КОСЫГИНСКОГО ФОРУМА - 2025 ПРЕДСТАВЛЯЮТ (на 26 мая 2025 года): 11 стран, 25 регионов Российской Федерации, 123 организации, в том числе: 27 международных организаций (академии, университеты, институты, ассоциации, предприятия и др.); 96 российских организаций (академии, университеты, институты, ассоциации, предприятия, учреждения и др.). 
        Фонд является офицальным участником данного форума. Международному научному сообществу будет представлен доклад Габрина К. Э. и Кунева С. С. Множественный синергетический эффект от совместного применения природоподобных технологий нового уклада.

Губератору Челябинской области Текслеру А.Л. передан проект Фонда «Природный климат, безотходное животноводство и биоземледелие Южного Урала». Реализация проекта обеспечивает:
1. Значительное снижение себестоимости и максимизацию урожайности с/х культур в результате оптимизации гидротермических параметров среды и биома почвы.
2. Улучшение здоровья жителей региона за счёт снижения числа заболеваний, ассоциированных с нарушением состава микробиоты кишечника и погодно-климатическими факторами.
3. Рост объёмов при одновременном снижении себестоимости продукции животноводства, а также стабилизацию этих показателей.
4. Улучшение экологической обстановки, восстановление естественного плодородия почв и повышение экономической ценности земель.
5. Существенный рост биоклиматического потенциала, экономической, социальной, инвестиционной и туристической привлекательности региона.
6. Перевод биоклиматического потенциала территорий в разряд управляемых человеком параметров, формирование агрокультуры нового социально-технологического уклада.

The Fund and the ISTOK Group participated in the First International Scientific and Practical Conference "The Great Northern Sea Route as a Dialogue of Ecocultural cooperation among the Peoples of Eurasia", which was held at the Moscow House of Nationalities on May 29. K. E. Gabrin, President of the Foundation, addressed the participants and guests of the conference with information on the goals, objectives and results of the operation of the NATURAL CLIMATE Climate Management System in the areas of the Northern Sea Route (NSR) and its continental infrastructure. The urgency and the lack of alternatives to the creation of the System are substantiated. The final document of the Conference also includes proposals for the deployment of rehabilitation medicine centers in the Arctic zone of Russia and for the systematic implementation of ISTOK technology to increase the resource efficiency and efficiency of all types of vehicles operated there.
These practical proposals will significantly improve the economic performance of cargo transportation along the NSR and increase its competitiveness. They will significantly accelerate the socio-economic development of remote, inaccessible and climatically unfavorable territories of Russia, which make up 80% of its territory.

On May 18 and 19, 2026, the First interregional military-technical forum "RTS-UAV-2026" will be held in Chelyabinsk. The purpose of the event is to create a platform for the exchange of experience and demonstration of advanced solutions in the field of critical infrastructure protection (https://www.forumantidrone.ru/#about ).
The International Fund for the Promotion of Scientific and Technological Development of the BRICS PLUS countries is a participant in this forum, where it will present the report "Russian Meteorological Process Control System "NATURAL CLIMATE".

The Fund's participation in this event was announced with the report "The Russian NATURAL CLIMATE System - a platform of a new technological order for conflict-free cooperation between the countries of Greater Eurasia in eliminating weather and climatic threats to the sustainable development of civilization"

On October 27-31, 2025, the XVIII Yasnaya Polyana International Environmental Forum will be held in Moscow, Tula and Yasnaya Polyana. The theme of the Forum is "Sustainable development and climate change. Rational use of natural resources. Health technologies".
On October 27, 2025, the Strategic Session "Civilizational and national aspects of Environmental development and Cooperation" will be held within the framework of the Forum. Venue: Moscow, University of World Civilizations (Leninsky Prospekt, 1/2, p. 1). Leading Russian and foreign experts with significant experience in researching and/or solving the problems put up for discussion are invited to participate in the Strategic Session; representatives of relevant ministries and departments, interested representatives of business structures, political parties and public organizations, and the media.
Representatives of the Fund will make presentations at this forum on two developments that have no analogues in the world: a weather and climate management system and a method for drug-free and non-invasive restoration of human health.

     The Fund is invited to participate officially in the International Forum "BRICS countries: Environmental aspects of development and cooperation", Moscow, June 5-6, 2025. A report "THE "NATURAL CLIMATE" SYSTEM is A GUARANTEE FOR SOLVING THE WEATHER, CLIMATIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS OF THE BRICS+ COUNTRIES" by C.C. Kunev and K.E. Gabrin will be presented at the Plenary Session. 
     The event will be held at two venues - the University of World Civilizations and the MGIMO International Institute of Energy Policy and Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
     The purpose of the Forum is a constructive discussion of key issues of environmental development and cooperation among the BRICS countries, as well as the most important organizational issues of the implementation of the BRICS+ Environmental Platform project.

On May 13, 2025, the Fund participated in the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern Aspects of Agricultural Production and Processing", dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the formation of the Russian Academy of Engineering. An article by K. E. Gabrin and S. S. Kunev NATURE-LIKE CLIMATIC AGROBIOENGINEERING OF A NEW TECHNOLOGICAL ORDER (SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL REVIEW) was published in the proceedings of the conference. Link (to be published later).

The governor of the Chelyabinsk Region, A.L. Texler, received the Fund's project "Natural Climate, waste-free animal husbandry and bio-agriculture of the Southern Urals." The implementation of the project provides:
1. Significant cost reduction and maximizing crop yields as a result of optimizing the hydrothermal parameters of the environment and the soil biome.
2. Improving the health of the region's residents by reducing the number of diseases associated with a violation of the composition of the intestinal microbiota and weather and climatic factors.
3. Volume growth while reducing the cost of livestock production, as well as the stabilization of these indicators.
4. Improving the environmental situation, restoring natural soil fertility and increasing the economic value of land.
5. A significant increase in the bioclimatic potential, economic, social, investment and tourist attractiveness of the region.
6. The transfer of the bioclimatic potential of territories to the category of human-controlled parameters, the formation of a new socio-technological structure of agriculture.
